In your apartment, find the closet/panel where your internet connection is located - you should see your LittleBird controller there.  

Here's a generic picture of what that looks like:


Step 1: Unplug the power supply for 15 seconds, and plug it back in.
Step 2: If there is an ethernet cable plugged in or dangling from the panel, please plug that in and/or ensure a proper connection is there to the panel from the router.
Step 3: Wait 5 minutes for the panel to fully power up, and then navigate to "settings > refresh devices".  

 If your devices all refresh without issues, you are complete! If they don't, please open a support ticket by going to Settings > Support.

When you open the ticket, you'll receive an email response, notifying you that we have received your ticket. Please respond to this with a picture of the entire enclosure (similar to the example above) to allow us to do a visual inspection of the unit.
