LittleBird makes it easy to contact our technical support team to solve a problem with your smart home devices or LittleBird Mobile App.


Requesting Technical Support

To request technical support via e-mail:

  1. Log into the LittleBird Mobile App on your smartphone

  2. Tap the Settings (...) button in the bottom right-hand corner

  3. Tap Support

  4. Tap Submit a Support Ticket

  5. Select the Type of issue from the drop-down menu

  6. Select what you're having an issue with, from the drop down menu

  7. Fill out as complete of a description as possible of your issue

  8. Tap Submit


Once you have submitted your support request, you will receive a confirmation email.


Also on the Support page is "Frequently Asked Questions" which has common solutions to many questions or issues.


Estimated wait times

Our support team receives requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Typical response hours are 5:00 am (MST) to 10:00 pm (MST). Depending on incoming traffic, our team will contact you within 2 hours.
